Return & Exchange Policy

At Gaurangana, we strive to ensure you love your Indian ethnic wear. To achieve the perfect fit and style, we recommend reviewing our size chart before placing your order. While we endeavor to showcase our products accurately, please note that a 10-12% color variation may occur due to differences in screens and monitors. Kindly order with this in mind. If an item isn't quite right, our streamlined exchange policy is designed to assist you:

1.⁠ ⁠*Exchange Window*:
   - Exchange within *7 days* from delivery.
 Delivery failed for prepaid orders due to unavailability, wrong address/contact details are not eligible for the refund. The store credit will be initiated after deducting the logistic charges.

   - Items must be returned in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges or replacements will not be processed for items found to be used, and such items will be returned to the customer at their expense for shipping costs.

2.⁠ ⁠*What Can Be Exchanged*:
   - Most items qualify for exchange.
   - *Style Exchange*: Not loving the style? Swap for a different design or color, subject to availability.
   - Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
   - Sale items are eligible for exchange only if found defective and will be replaced with the same piece (subject to availability). And if not, a store credit will be provided in return of the same amount spent by customer.

Note: The store credit coupon code can't be applied with any other discount coupon code or deal.
In case of exchange, customer can select the different size or product whereas the difference for the higher product amount will be paid from the customer and the difference with the lower product amount will be credited in the form of store credit.

  - The store credit will be initiated if the size for the exchange is not available.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are eligible for return but will be refunded as store credit only, based on the discounted price paid.

3.⁠ ⁠*How to Exchange*:
   - Initiate your exchange effortlessly by applying for a free return directly on our website [www.gaurangana.in] with your order number and reason (e.g., size, style, defect).
   - Securely pack the item with the invoice.
   - We’ll provide a free pickup service for online orders within India.
   - Please take the picture of the product at the time of giving to the reverse pick up, as the wrong product receiving will not be accepted for the exchange or return.

4.⁠ ⁠*What Happens N
ext*:
   - Upon receiving the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it within 3-5 days and notify you via email.
   - Choose a replacement of equal or higher value (pay the difference if needed).
   - We’ll ship the new item for free within India.

5.⁠ ⁠*Special Cases*:
   - If the desired item isn’t in stock, you'll get a credit note (valid for 1 year).
   - For defects or wrong items, report within *24 hours* with photos for a quick resolution.

6.⁠ ⁠*Refund Policy*: Please note that refunds are not eligible under any circumstances. We offer exchanges or store credit as outlined above to ensure your satisfaction.
