Shipping Policy
At Gaurangana.in, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across India. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, using trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, confirmation is sent immediately via email. Payment verification is completed within 24 hours on business days. Packing and dispatch typically take 1 to 2 business days. Business days are from Wednesday to Monday. We remain closed on Tuesdays and public holidays observed in Ghaziabad.
Delivery Timeframe
We offer standard shipping to all serviceable pin codes across India. Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery times may vary slightly due to courier conditions, weather disruptions, or remote area constraints.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails, the order will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that if delivery fails again, additional shipping charges may apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). This policy helps minimize losses from rejected deliveries and enables us to maintain free shipping and dependable service for all our customers.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure the address and contact details provided at checkout are correct. We are not responsible for any delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, we advise you to refuse the delivery and email us within 24 hours along with clear photos. In case a parcel is lost during transit, and once verified by the courier, we will offer a full refund or send you a replacement.
Changing the Shipping Address
To change the shipping address, please email us at label.gaurangana@gmail.com before the order is dispatched. Once processing begins, address changes may not be possible.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. For special international inquiries, you may reach out to us directly.
